I lineart my drawings digitally or by hand (pen). But mostly digitally since I own really cheap pens and they tend to bleed and smear. xD Basically, I just use the brush in PS and start tracing the sketchy lines carefully.. Takes a lot of time but being patient about it pays off. If I'm too lazy, however, I just simply clean the lines. Uhm. I hope that helps you. I don't particularly do anything special with the lines. xD But I've seen a lot of really good tut for linework here in DA that might help you. This one, [link] for instance. :3
